This is a painting I have been working on over the past month during my time volunteering in The Christie Art room. As well as helping patients with their creative processes, I have time to persue my own work, with the wonderful guidance of Pat Mountford, the artist in residence. This image of daisies turned out much better than I originally anticipated and I really loosened up during the progression of it, enjoying the movement and freeness of the paint.
I hope my Grandma likes it....as it's her Christmas gift.
